It’s all here in our lovingly restored 1840’s general store that was originally a trading post for the D&H Canal.

Grassroots Yoga & Wellness

Located in beautiful Wurtsboro, New York, Grassroots Yoga is a full service yoga studio offering classes for all levels of ability. Our mission is to provide our students a positive and nurturing yoga experience. Our class offerings are varied; suitable for those who are new to the practice through to those students who want a more full body vinyasa flow experience.
